Why optimal regeneration?

Scrap tires are a valuable commodity if processed correctly. GRTG effectively recovers 100% of the value of a scrap tire, as opposed to the more popular method as a fuel source for cement kilns. Although tire derived fuel (incinerating) is popular and consumes almost 50% of all scrap tires in the U.S., it is far from being an ecologically and efficient method. Only about 35% of the energy expended to manufacture a tire a is recovered when used as fuel. Another consideration is the pollution created when a tire is incinerated.

Our solution:

GRTG offers alternative solutions that provide 100% utilization of scrap tires. We offer a variety of consumer and commercial products that are priced competitively that utilize scrap tires in an efficient method. Many of our products also replace products made virgin materials, thus reducing the stress put on our environment to produce these products. Our mission will not be complete until all scrap tires are reprocessed in an optimal manner.
